Insurance regulator IRDA approves PNB MetLife’s IPO proposal

The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) has approved the IPO proposal of PNB MetLife, multiple sources told CNBC-TV18.

This is the fourth life insurance company expected to get listed on the exchanges by the end of the year.

The company is expected to file its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with markets regulator Sebi in the next 14 days and launch this particular insurance IPO by September-end, sources said.
