09:55 AM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Intapp ( INTA ) said Wednesday that private equity asset manager Nord Holding has selected the company's Intapp DealCloud platform for its investor relations and fundraising functions.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The Intapp DealCloud platform is expected to allow Nord Holding to better track interactions, notes and commitments across multiple limited partners and funds, according to Nord Holding investment relations manager David Van de Fliert.

The platform enhances investor relations procedures through applied artificial intelligence, Intapp ( INTA ) said.
