Integer Holdings Sets Conversion Period for 2.125% Senior Notes Due 2028

05:20 PM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Integer Holdings ( ITGR ) said late Thursday that its 2.125% convertible senior notes due 2028 can be converted starting Wednesday through March 31.

The notes are convertible at a rate of 11.4681 common shares per $1,000 principal amount of notes, which the company said is equivalent to a conversion price of about $87.20 per share.
