Integer Says Payman Khales Assumes Role as President and CEO

08:27 AM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Integer (ITGR) said Friday Payman Khales has assumed the role of president and chief executive officer of the company, as part of a planned transition announced in April.

Khales succeeds Joseph Dziedzic, who is retiring from the company. Dziedzic will continue to serve as an advisor to Integer through March 31, 2026, the company said.

Khales previously held senior leadership roles at CECO Environmental and Ingersoll Rand ( IR ) , Integer added.
