07:30 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Integra Resources ( ITRG ) reported Thursday the results from its 2024 drill program totaling 1,940 meters at the Wildcat deposit in Nevada.

Highlights include 0.52 grams per tonne (g/t) oxide gold over 62.5 meters, 0.38 g/t oxide gold over 64.6 meters and 0.27 g/t oxide gold over 147.5 meters.

"Overall, we greatly increased our confidence in the existing mineral resource and confirmed the growth potential of the Wildcat deposit," said Jason Kosec, Integra's president, CEO and director. "The geological observations from the exploration holes, particularly the extensive alteration and mineralization intersected beneath post-mineral basalt cover, are extremely encouraging and suggest that our drilling is nearing the potential breccia pipe system."

Integra said the results will guide further drilling campaigns aimed at defining the breccia pipe's geometry and potential high-grade zones.

Integra's share price closed 1.5% higher on Wednesday at $1.40 on the TSXV.
