Integra Resources Appoints Salamis as CEO; Ladd-Kruger to be Board Chair
Jan 10, 2025 6:03 AM

08:31 AM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Integra Resources ( ITRG ) on Friday said it appointed George Salamis as chief executive, effective immediately, replacing Jason Kosec.

Anna Ladd-Kruger, a former chief financial officer for McEwen Mining (MUX.TO) who had been Integra's lead independent director, will serve as board chair. She replaces Salamis, who had been executive chair.

The moves follows the company's $95-million November acquisition of the Florida Canyon gold mine in Nevada.

"This is a natural time to transition our leadership as we pursue our vision of becoming a leading precious metals producer in the Great Basin region. George will seamlessly step back into the role of Chief Executive Officer, a position he held upon founding Integra in 2017," Ladd-Kruger said in a release.

Outgoing CEO Kosec will remain as an advisor to the company during the transition.

The company's shares closed down $0.02 to $1.24 Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
