07:57 AM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Integra Resources Corp. ( ITRG ) said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of 17 patented claims in the Rich Gulch area near the Florida Mountain deposit at the DeLamar project in Idaho.

Under the terms, Integra subsidiary DeLamar Mining Co. acquired the claims for US$2.1 million in shares. DeLamar also made a US$24,000 cash payment to the vendor.

Integra said the deal closing remains subject to final TSXV approval.

The company said acquiring the claims "will provide operational flexibility... in future mining and processing scenarios" at DeLamar.

Integra jumped 12.6% on Friday.
