Integra Resources Up 2% In US After Hours As Retires US$15 Million Beedie Capital Convertible Debenture
Mar 10, 2026 11:12 PM

04:36 PM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Integra Resources ( ITRG ) was at last look up 2% in US after hours trade Monday, while it has also touched a fresh 52 week high, as it announced the full conversion and repayment of the Beedie Investment convertible debenture facility.

The company said it issued nearly 12.3 million common shares at C$1.6875 (US$1.22) each to retire the full US$15 million outstanding balance under the facility and paid nearly US$2.9 million in interest and fees.

As a result, the facility has been fully retired, related assets have been released, and Integra has no remaining obligations to Beedie, the company added.

"This transaction also materially strengthens our financial position by eliminating the convertible debt from our balance sheet, leaving Integra debt-free at the corporate level as we move forward into permitting and future development at DeLamar," Integra Chief Executive George Salamis said.

Following the conversion, Beedie now owns about 19.1 million Integra shares, representing roughly 10.5% of the company on an undiluted basis, the company added.
