11:34 AM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Integra Resources Corp. ( ITRG ) has upsized its previously announced bought deal offering, to 14.445 million units (from 11.112 million units) at $0.90 apiece, for gross proceeds of $13 million (from $10 million).

Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share at $1.20 for three years.

The underwriters have also been granted a 15% over-allotment option.

Net proceeds will be used to fund exploration and development expenditures at the DeLamar Project, the Nevada North Project, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Closing is expected on or about March 13.
