12:04 PM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Integrated Media Technology ( IMTE ) said Wednesday that it has received a Nasdaq noncompliance notice for failing to file its annual report with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on time.

The company said it has until July 16 to submit a plan to regain compliance with the exchange's listing rules.

The Nasdaq notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the company's ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market, Integrated Media Technology ( IMTE ) said.

The company's shares were down nearly 3% in recent trading.
