Intel Appoints Eric Meurice, Steve Sanghi to Board

09:10 AM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Intel ( INTC ) said Thursday that former ASML (ASML) chief executive officer Eric Meurice and Steve Sanghi, the current interim CEO of Microchip Technology ( MCHP ) , will join its board as independent directors, effective immediately.

Meurice was the CEO of ASML from 2004 to 2013.

Sanghi currently serves as chair of Microchip Technology's ( MCHP ) board in addition to his interim CEO role, having previously led the company as CEO from 1991 to 2021.
