Intellistake Appoints Joe Honan to Advisory Board

07:23 AM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intellistake Technologies ( ISTKF ) said Tuesday that it appointed Joe Honan to its advisory board.

Honan brings over 30 years of leadership across artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, and advanced computing, the company said. Honan is currently chief executive officer of Singularity Compute.

Honan is also managing general partner at Woodstar Ventures, co-founder of Yunity Global, general partner at Hyla Fund Management, and advisor to ULedger.

"Joe's leadership and technical vision reflect where this entire industry is heading - toward global systems that are accessible, efficient, and built on integrity," Intellistake ( ISTKF ) Chief Executive Officer Jason Dussault said. "His guidance will be key as Intellistake ( ISTKF ) expands its own footprint across decentralized compute."
