08:51 AM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intellistake Technologies ( ISTKF ) , a technology company focused on decentralized artificial intelligence and digital currencies, that saw its shares drop 14% Tuesday, announced its endorsement of the strategic partnership between Singularity Venture Hub and Project Mycelium, a decentralized-AI infrastructure company.

The company earlier Wednesday said Singularity Venture Hub will incubate and support Project Mycelium's Web3 infrastructure expansion, providing expertise in tokenization design, treasury management, capital formation, and go-to-market execution. Mycelium's platform introduces a sovereign, agent-first cloud to host and manage autonomous AI systems across a decentralized global network.

Intellistake ( ISTKF ) said its pending acquisition of Singularity Venture Hub, once completed, will provide it with direct access and participation pathways to Mycelium's ecosystem.

"Mycelium's architecture addresses the same systemic dependencies that once centralized the internet, now within AI," said Intellistake Technologies ( ISTKF ) chief executive Jason Dussault. Shares of the company closed down $0.36 to $2.22 Tuesday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
