Intellistake Technologies Appoints Mario Casiraghi to Advisory Board
Jul 23, 2025 5:32 AM

08:14 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intellistake Technologies ( ISTKF ) , a technology company focused on decentralized artificial intelligence and blockchain infrastructure, on Wednesday said it appointed Mario Casiraghi to its advisory board.

Casiraghi, a former investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and ING Bank, executed more than $80 billion in structured transactions across Europe and the U.S.

Casiraghi is also founder and CEO of Singularity Venture Hub, a venture and treasury advisory firm managing over US$90 million in assets.

Last week, Intellistake ( ISTKF ) and Singularity signed an exclusive partnership framework allowing Singularity to manage digital asset operations for Intellistake ( ISTKF ) and serve as the company's supporting partner for security, custody, and treasury management.

"Joining the advisory board at Intellistake ( ISTKF ) is a natural progression in what has already been a strong and growing relationship," Casiraghi said. "I've had the privilege of working closely with their team and have been consistently impressed by their vision and execution. This next step allows us to converge even more deeply on the innovative work Intellistake ( ISTKF ) is doing in decentralized finance and AI-two sectors I believe are shaping the future."

Intellistake's ( ISTKF ) share price dropped 8.5% on Tuesday to $0.86 on the CSE.
