10:52 AM EDT, 06/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Interactive Brokers Group ( IBKR ) said Wednesday that its ForecastEx unit has received necessary designations from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to operate as a contract market and derivative clearing organization.

ForecastEx will start operations July 8, offering immediate access to economic and climate indicator contracts for eligible Interactive Brokers ( IBKR ) clients worldwide, the company said.
