09:01 AM EST, 01/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intercontinental Exchange ( ICE ) said Wednesday it acquired the American Financial Exchange, an electronic platform for direct lending and borrowing among American banks and financial institutions, from 7RIDGE.

The company said the acquisition is not expected to materially impact its 2025 financial results or deleveraging or capital return strategies.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
