09:02 AM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intercontinental Exchange ( ICE ) reported Wednesday that its total average daily volume rose 17% year over year in February.

The market operator said open interest was up 10% year over year, including record OI of 101.3 million lots on Feb. 24.

Total energy ADV rose 23%, while open interest increased 11%, including record OI of 65.7 million lots on Feb. 21.

Total oil ADV was up 12% year over year, with open interest 12% higher, including record futures OI of 9.8 million lots on Feb. 21.

Total financials ADV increased 15%, while open interest up 13% from a year earlier.
