Intercontinental Exchange's Interest Rate Markets See Over 190 Million Contracts Traded in Q3

10:40 AM EDT, 10/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Intercontinental Exchange ( ICE ) said Wednesday its interest rate derivatives markets traded more than 190 million contracts in Q3, surpassing the prior record set in Q1 2020.

Average daily volume for the quarter stood at 2.9 million contracts, up 39% year-to-date, the company said.

In September, the average daily volume throughout the interest rates markets surpassed 3.4 million contracts, Intercontinental Exchange ( ICE ) said.
