The lawsuit concerns an InterDigital patent covering a method for dynamically overlaying video streams.

The judgment follows a similar ruling from a Brazilian court, according to InterDigital.

Disney ( DIS ) didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

InterDigital shares were up 1.9% in recent premarket activity, while Disney ( DIS ) rose 0.2%.
