Interlink Electronics Signs Letter of Intent for UK Acquisition

09:30 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Interlink Electronics ( LINK ) said Tuesday it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a UK-based privately held company for an all-cash purchase price of up to about $1.9 million.

The amount is payable partly at closing and partly via a three-year earnout, the company said.

The deal is subject to the signing of a definitive purchase agreement, due diligence and other closing conditions and is expected to close later in 2025, Interlink said.

Link shares were down 2.4% at the market open.
