International Bancshares Board Approves $150 Million Share Repurchase Program

06:32 AM EDT, 03/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- International Bancshares Corporation ( IBOC ) said in a Thursday filing that its board has approved a repurchase program of up to $150 million of its common stock.

The program is valid for 12 months until March 15, 2026.
