09:44 AM EST, 02/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- International Business Machines ( IBM ) said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of cloud infrastructure and security company HashiCorp.

Hashicorp's Terraform and Vault offerings are now available on IBM's ( IBM ) automation software portfolio.

IBM ( IBM ) completed the acquisition by purchasing all of the issued and outstanding common shares of HashiCorp for $35 per share in cash, for a total enterprise value of $6.4 billion.
