10:46 AM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- International Business Machines ( IBM ) and SAP (SAP) said Wednesday they plan to expand their collaboration to focus on new generative artificial intelligence capabilities and industry-specific cloud solutions.

Financial details of the expansion of the collaboration were not disclosed.

IBM Consulting and SAP will focus on five key areas including next-generation AI business processes, industry innovation, platform architecture and customer adoption approach, ecosystem expansion, and wastonx availability on the generative AI hub, according to a joint statement.
