International Business Machines to Acquire Accelalpha From Century Park Capital

01:49 PM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- International Business Machines ( IBM ) has agreed to acquire Century Park Capital Partners' portfolio company Accelalpha, the private equity firm said Tuesday.

Accelalpha is a provider of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications consulting, implementation and managed services.

The firm said it expects to close the transaction in Q4.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Price: 204.33, Change: +0.79, Percent Change: +0.39
