08:33 AM EDT, 07/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- International Game Technology ( IGT ) and Churchill Downs (CHDN) said they expanded their Historical Horse Racing technology footprints to Malta in an agreement with National Lottery, a subsidiary of IZI Group.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The companies will set up more than 80 International Game Technology ( IGT ) games at a venue in St. Paul's Bay and several other National Lottery gaming venues throughout the island.

The expansion marks the first for Historical Horse Racing outside the US.
