05:31 PM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- International Game Technology ( IGT ) said late Wednesday it priced an offering of 500 million euros ($550.7 million) of 4.25% senior secured notes due 2030.

The company expects the offering to close Sept. 18 and plans to use the proceeds to fully redeem the roughly $500 million of its outstanding 6.5% senior secured notes due Feb. 15, 2025, at par.

International Game ( IGT ) said it will redeem the notes Sept. 24.
