International Media Acquisition Gets Delisting Notice From Nasdaq

05:32 AM EDT, 08/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- International Media Acquisition Corp. ( IMAQ ) said late Monday it received a delisting notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market for its failure to complete at least one business combination within 36 months from the effectiveness of the registration statement for its initial public offering.

The blank check firm is also delinquent with respect to its annual report on Form 10-K for the period ended March 31, it said.

The company said it expects its securities to trade on the over-the-counter market, and that it plans to apply for a Nasdaq listing in connection with the closing of a potential business combination.
