07:25 AM EDT, 05/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) on Monday said it repurchased 134,300 of its common shares from May 19-23 under its share repurchase program.

The company said it repurchased 100,000 common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm and 34,300 on the Toronto Stock Exchange during the period. The repurchases were carried out by Pareto Securities AB and ATB Securities Inc, respectively.

The shares repurchased under the normal course issuer bid will be cancelled.
