06:56 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) on Monday said it repurchased 98,900 of its common shares from Aug. 4-8 under its normal course issuer bid.

During the period, International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) repurchased 55,000 common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm and 43,900 common shares on the TSX.

All repurchased shares will be canceled. As of Aug. 8, the total number of issued and outstanding International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) common shares is 113.3 million with voting rights, of which the company holds 98,900 in treasury.

From Dec. 5, 2024, to Aug. 8, 2025, the company has purchased 6.5 million common shares. A maximum of 7.5 million common shares may be repurchased until Dec. 4, 2025.
