06:33 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) on Monday said it has repurchased 197,200 of its common shares from Sept. 9-13 under the company's normal course issuer bid.

During the period, International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) repurchased 150,000 of its common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm and 47,200 shares on the TSX.

All common shares repurchased under the normal course issuer bid will be canceled.

From Dec. 5, 2023, to Sept. 13, International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) has repurchased about 7.2 million common shares under the normal course issuer bid. A maximum of about 8.3 million common shares may be repurchased over the 12-month period to Dec. 4.
