International Petroleum Share Repurchase Plan Continues; 200,000 Shares Acquired From May 20-24

08:43 AM EDT, 05/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) on Monday said it has repurchased about 200,000 common shares between May 20 to 24 under its share repurchase program. Of this,152,627 IPC common shares were bought back on the Nasdaq Stockholm and 47,300 IPC common shares on the TSX.

From December 5, 2023 to May 24, 3.74 million IPC shares have been repurchased under the normal course issuer bid through the TSX and Nasdaq Stockholm. The NCIB, which allows a maximum of 8.3 million shares to be repurchased, ends on December 4.
