11:12 AM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Intra-Cellular Therapies ( ITCI ) said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Larry Hineline will be retiring after more than 20 years of service and the company has started an external search for a new CFO.

Additionally, the biopharmaceutical company said it has promoted Michael Halstead to the position of president. Halstead is currently an executive vice president and general counsel.
