Intuitive Machines Plans $250 Million Notes Offering

05:16 PM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intuitive Machines ( LUNR ) said Wednesday it plans to offer $250 million of convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private offering to institutional buyers.

The company will grant initial buyers a 13-day option to buy up to an additional $37.5 million of the notes.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds to cover the cost of capped call transactions and for general corporate purposes.
