Invesco, Bozzuto Launch Multifamily Real Estate Investment Program With $1 Billion Deployment Capacity

05:16 AM EDT, 07/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Invesco ( IVZ ) platform Invesco Real Estate and Bozzuto launched a $330 million multifamily investment program with roughly $1 billion in deployment capacity, targeting East Coast markets.

The venture recently completed its first acquisition, a 220-apartment community in Orlando, Florida, where Bozzuto plans to "enhance" unit finishes, along with other upgrades, the companies said Thursday.

Invesco ( IVZ ) shares were up 3% in recent premarket activity Friday.
