Invesco, CI Global Asset Management Complete Deal for Canadian Fund Business

08:25 AM EDT, 06/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Invesco ( IVZ ) and CI Global Asset Management said Monday they have completed the transfer of management agreements for Invesco's ( IVZ ) Canadian fund business, covering about 27 billion Canadian dollars ($19.52 billion) in assets under management.

The companies also said they formed a long-term partnership under which Invesco ( IVZ ) affiliates will continue to provide portfolio management services to 61 funds with roughly CA$13 billion in assets through a sub-advisory arrangement.

CI Global Asset Management will rebrand 37 funds under the CI banner, effective on or about July 31, the companies said.
