Investcorp Europe Acquisition Appoints Vikas Mittal CEO, CFO

06:53 AM EST, 12/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Investcorp Europe Acquisition (IVCB) said in a regulatory filing Monday it appointed Vikas Mittal as chief executive and chief financial officer of the company.

Mittal joins the company from Meteora Capital, where he was the chief investment officer, Investcorp added.

He will succeed Baroness McGregor-Smith as CEO and Craig Sinfield-Hain as CFO, the company said, adding that McGregor-Smith and Sinfield-Hain resigned to pursue other opportunities without any disagreements with Investcorp.
