09:21 AM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Investcorp Europe Acquisition (IVCB) said Wednesday it has terminated its merger deal with Zacco Holding.

The blank check firm said it expects to receive $30 million as payment for the termination.

At least $20 million of the termination amount would be used to pay expenses incurred by the company.
