Invitation Homes Invests $274 Million to Build 1,000 New Homes in Three Key Markets

02:11 PM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Invitation Homes ( INVH ) said late Monday it has invested about $274 million to build over 1,000 new homes in Dallas, Houston and the Carolinas since the start of Q2.

Deliveries are expected to begin later in June, the home leasing and management company said.

Shares of the company rose nearly 1% in recent Tuesday trading.
