05:28 PM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Invitation Homes ( INVH ) said late Monday that during Q2 to date, it entered into partnerships with multiple homebuilders to acquire over 300 new single-family homes across Dallas, Denver, and Nashville for more than $100 million.

The company said it also launched a developer lending program. Under the new program, it offered a $32.7 million secured loan to a homebuilder to develop a 156-home community in Houston, Texas.

The loan terms include scope for the company to acquire the community upon stabilization, according to a statement.
