Invitation Homes Q2 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Rise; 2024 Outlook Issued -- Shares Drop

04:57 PM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Invitation Homes ( INVH ) late Wednesday reported Q2 adjusted funds from operations of $0.40 per diluted share, up from $0.38 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.40.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $653.5 million, compared with $600.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $647.9 million.

For 2024, the real estate investment trust is projecting AFFO of $1.55 to $1.61. Analysts polled by Capital IQ are looking for $1.58.

Shares were down nearly 4% in after-hours activity.
