Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.38.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $660.3 million, up from $617.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $659.6 million.

The company said it now expects 2024 adjusted FFO per diluted share between $1.57 and $1.61. The previous guidance was between $1.55 and $1.61.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.58.
