04:51 PM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Invivyd ( IVVD ) announced a public offering of common stock with underwriters granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares.

The size, pricing and timing of the offering depend on market conditions, the company said Wednesday in a statement.

Invivyd ( IVVD ) plans to use the proceeds to support clinical trials, pipeline research and development, Long COVID studies and general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company fell 17% in after-hours trading.
