10:30 AM EDT, 04/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Invivyd ( IVVD ) said Friday that Jeremy Gowler was named interim chief executive officer, effective immediately, succeeding Dave Hering.

Gowler, 47. will remain as chief operating officer and chief commercial officer while serving in the interim position with the board looking for a permanent CEO, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Shares of Invivyd ( IVVD ) fell 2.8% in recent trading Friday.
