10:43 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- INVO Fertility ( IVF ) said Wednesday it has received a patent allowance from the US Patent and Trademark Office covering a modified version of its INVOcell device and extending the device's intellectual property protection through 2040.

The company said INVOcell's modified design allows for its simplified use and was based on feedback from leading embryologists. The new patent will cover the updated device's intravaginal culture incubation container and method, the company said.

INVO Fertility ( IVF ) expects the patent to be granted once the issue fee is paid.

Shares of INVO Fertility ( IVF ) were up 18% in recent Wednesday trading.
