IonQ, Busan City Sign Agreement for Quantum Computing Projects

09:29 AM EST, 01/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- IonQ ( IONQ ) said Thursday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with South Korea's Busan metropolitan government to advance quantum computing technology in the country.

IonQ ( IONQ ) said it will provide quantum computing cloud services, and will back the planning and execution of joint quantum projects.

Financial details weren't provided.

IonQ ( IONQ ) shares were down 2% in recent premarket activity.
