08:13 AM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- IonQ ( IONQ ) said Tuesday it closed its acquisition of California-based quantum sensing company Vector Atomic.

The company said the all-stock deal adds precision atomic clocks, inertial sensors, and synchronization hardware to its computing and networking stack.

IonQ ( IONQ ) shares were up over 2% in recent premarket activity.
