Feb 5 (Reuters) - Dublin-based building materials
supplier CRH's UK unit intends to sell about 171.6
million ordinary shares in SigmaRoc, exiting its entire
15.4% stake in the British quarrying company, a bookrunner said
on Wednesday.
In 2023, CRH sold its European lime operations, including
sites in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Czech
Republic and Poland, to SigmaRoc for $1.1 billion.
Following CRH's stake exit, Fidelity Management & Research
Company LLC with 58.3 million ordinary shares would become the
largest shareholder in SigmaRoc, as per data from LSEG.
