Ireland's DCC gets sweetened bid from KKR, Energy Capital consortium

June 10 (Reuters) - Irish energy distributor DCC

said on Wednesday it received a sweetened cash offer of £66.72

($89.29) per share from a consortium of U.S. private equity

firms KKR and Energy Capital Partners.

($1 = 0.7472 pounds)
