07:04 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Iren ( IREN ) said Monday it has appointed Anthony Lewis as chief financial officer, succeeding Belinda Nucifora.

Lewis joined the company last July as chief capital officer, where he led capital markets strategy and financing.

As CFO, he will continue those duties while also taking charge of its financial operations, reporting and strategic planning.
