04:54 PM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- iRhythm Technologies ( IRTC ) said Friday it closed the private placement of 1.50% convertible senior notes due 2029 for gross proceeds of $661.3 million.

The proceeds include fully exercised overallotment option for additional roughly $86.3 million of notes.

The company used $80.2 million of the proceeds to repay debt, $25 million to repurchase shares.
